About the translator Brian Bruya: Brian Bruya is the translator of the American editions and received his Ph.D. in Comparative Philosophy from the Univerisity of Hawaii. He is a professor and interpreter of early Chinese Philosophy and Managing Editor of Shuhai Wenyuan, a website for the study of Chinese Philosophy.
